Dhulfiqar Hawshi Khalaf Al-Maqsoosi is the President of the Iraqi Engineers Union and a civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering, project execution and management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Mustansiriyah University and has more than 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering and project implementation. His expertise includes project planning and operations management, procurement and logistics planning, feasibility studies, industrial and investment projects, and the development and rehabilitation of projects. He also has experience leading technical committees and preparing engineering, technical and economic studies for major projects.
