The Iraqi Ministry of Justice has launched an automated system for enforcement transactions at the Karkh Enforcement Directorate as part of its ongoing digital transformation and modernization of judicial administrative services.
The system is designed to accelerate transaction processing, reduce paperwork, improve transparency and accuracy, and strengthen controls against manipulation and document fraud.
The initiative represents a practical step toward the digitalization of judicial services and the modernization of the Ministry’s administrative and technological infrastructure, contributing to greater operational efficiency, streamlined procedures, and improved public service delivery.
As part of this broader digital transformation, the Notary Public Directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Justice will participate in ITEX IRAQ 2026, showcasing developments in digital justice services, automation solutions, and electronic systems that support faster, more efficient, and more transparent service delivery.
