The Fifth FinTech Forum

The Fifth FinTech Forum is the flagship programme of Day Three at ITEX IRAQ 2026, bringing together government leaders, financial institutions, regulators, banks, payment companies, insurance providers, technology companies, and international experts. Under the theme “The Financial Future Starts Here,” the forum examines the role of financial technology in supporting Iraq’s national economic transformation, the transition from cash to digital payments, the future of the Iraqi banking sector, digital financial infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital trust, and the development of digital insurance. The programme includes four main sessions focused on financial technology as a pillar of national economic transformation, the future of electronic payments in Iraq, Iraqi banking in the FinTech era, and the International Digital Insurance Conference.
