AL-Arab for Electronic Payment Ltd. (APS) is one of Iraq’s established electronic payment service providers. Licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Iraq, APS provides issuing, acquiring, and payment processing services through an integrated digital payments infrastructure. Its portfolio includes Visa and Mastercard card issuing and acceptance, POS services, ATM services and management, electronic payment gateways, bill collection, fraud protection, mobile applications, merchant payment solutions, and electronic collection services for government institutions, banks, companies, and individuals. APS operates a local data center in Baghdad to support secure and continuous payment services across Iraq.
